Preston Edmead led the way for State with 20 points, while Paul McNeil added 16.

Northeastern hung around into the second half before Virginia took control.

The Cavaliers started off 2-10 before getting untracked. Ultimately, Virginia forced 19 turnovers, and when they got going, it wasn’t pretty for Northeastern.
