Luka Doncic’s technical foul with 1:12 remaining in the second quarter against the Heat on Monday has been rescinded following league review.
After Doncic’s postgame news conference following the Lakers’ 138-117 win, Doncic said he wanted to answer more questions — until a reporter asked him why he got the technical.

His eyes bulged, he stood up and he walked out of the room as reporters laughed.

Following the league rescinding the technical, Doncic now only has one on the season.
Doncic had 42 points, 13 assists and seven rebounds against the Heat, notching his fourth 40-point game in the last five games.
He’s averaging a league-leading 38.3 points, eight rebounds and 8.1 assists for the Lakers, who are in fourth place in the Western Conference at 6-2.

After the game, the Heat’s Giannis Antetokounmpo had high praise for Doncic.
“Obviously he’s one of the best scorers to ever play this game, if not the best,” said Antetokounmpo, who had 30 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two blocked shots. “Not right now. Of all time. I feel like some people are scared to say that. But it’s got to be out there. He’s also an elite passer.”
