The Utah Jazz will be without two-time All-Star Jaren Jackson Jr. for up to two months, ESPN reports.
Jackson, playing just his seventh game for the Jazz after being acquired from Memphis ahead of February’s trade deadline, injured his right knee during Utah’s game against the Grizzlies on Monday, Oct. 26. ESPN reports Jackson suffered a torn MCL and will be out 6 to 8 weeks, but he does not need surgery.

The injury occurred when the Grizzlies’ Ty Jerome fell into Jackson’s leg as Jerome was fouled driving to the basket during the second quarter. Jackson exited the game shortly afterward and went to the locker room. He was ruled out with a right knee injury.
