The Nebraska men’s basketball team wraps up exhibition play on Monday night in Grand Island against Kansas State. A sellout crowd of more than 6,000 is expected.

Nebraska is 0-2 in exhibition play this season. The Huskers lost to Saint Louis 79-74 on Oct. 9 and 72-61 at BYU on Oct. 16. They are 66-9 all-time in exhibition games dating back to the 1966-67 season.

The Huskers return seven players from a squad that won a school-record 28 games last season. This year’s roster adds six Division I transfers and two freshmen.

Nebraska officially opens the 2026-27 season on Monday, Nov. 2, when the Huskers welcome Le Moyne to Pinnacle Bank Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on B1G+.
