Luka Doncic’s big shot puts Lakers ahead as LA battles Utah Jazz

Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Dončić led the way for the Lakers with 39 points through the first three quarters against the Utah Jazz, Sunday, Oct. 25 at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City.

The Lakers held a 103-100 lead entering the fourth quarter.

While Los Angeles trailed by as many as 18 points during the first half, the Lakers took a 3-point lead into the locker room at halftime as Dončić poured 25 points in the first two quarters.

Dončić created an opportunity for the Lakers to jump ahead, stealing the ball from second-year player Ace Bailey under the Jazz basket and walking it down the court.

The Slovenian star created space with a move that made Bailey slip before Dončić hit the 3-point shot.
