The Purdue men’s basketball team plays their second exhbition game of the season tonight and for this one they will go on the road to face the Mastadons of Purdue Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne has historically been kind to Purdue basketball and so I know Matt Painter wanted to get the team up there for a game. It’s a nice touch to travel to an in-state team for an exhibition game. That being said, I saw a tweet from the Purdue Fort Wayne account that made me say huh? I posted it in The Feed but it deserves to be highlighted here.
To quote Jeremy Culhane playing Tucker Carlson on SNL (follow that?) “What are we doing? What’s going on?”. We love Ray here at Hammer and Rails but come on man! Come on! Ugh. Anyway.

The game is on BTN+ which is the pay version of BTN, which I know upsets a lot of people, but if you’re interested in getting it you can find details on that here. There’s also this promo which I’m unsure if it’s still working but gives you 50% off for the year.
