Syracuse Men’s Basketball: Gerry McNamara Provides Multiple Significant Injury Updates

The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team defeated Siena 81-76 on Sunday afternoon in the team’s second exhibition matchup of the year.

While the win was certainly nice, it didn’t come easily. Syracuse was down by one at halftime before taking a 13-point lead in the second half, but Siena got back to within one with 90 seconds to play.
