Enter Matisse Thybulle, who on arrival instantly becomes the highest-pedigree perimeter defender on the roster. Thybulle entered just 30 games last season for the Trail Blazers and 15 the season before that. That’s why he was available to LA to sign on a minimum contract. While still just 29 years old, he’s a player LA will need to manage throughout the regular season.
