The forward is the ultimate role player and journeyman. The Warriors will be Niang’s sixth team in 11 NBA seasons.
The 33 year old is a career 40% 3-point shooter and is widely known for his stretch four abilities. He’s a solid shooter, can space the floor and gives Golden State another gritty player.

This isn’t Niang’s first stint with the Warriors organization as he was with their G-League affiliate during the 2017–18 season. Niang has spent time with the Indiana Pacers, Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers, Cleveland Cavaliers and Hawks.
