Poll: Wizards fans are split on whether AJ Dybantsa will be RoY

In this week’s SB Nation Reacts survey, we asked if you thought Washington Wizards forward AJ Dybantsa will win the 2026-27 NBA Rookie of the Year. Our respondents were split, but a majority of 56 percent believe that Dybantsa, the No. 1 pick in the 2026 Draft, will be the Rookie of the Year when it is all said and done.

FanDuel sportsbook isn’t quite so optimistic. I couldn’t see any recent updates since we’re in the NBA’s Dog Days of Summer, but Cam Boozer was the favorite at +300 while Dybantsa isn’t far behind at +400.

We’re just under a couple of months away from the NBA season, so we’ll see the question get settled once and for all soon enough.
