Tennessee basketball unveils Adidas orange uniforms

Tennessee unveiled its Adidas men’s basketball orange uniforms on Monday. The Vols and Adidas began a 10-year partnership on July 1.

Tennessee’s orange men’s basketball uniforms retain a classic look, with updated collaring and sleeve piping, while featuring a center color Adidas logo and a Power T above the name plate.

“This is an exciting day for the University of Tennessee,” Tennessee head coach Rick Barnes said. “We are thrilled to align with a company that deeply values not only our school’s immense competitive successes, but the power of our brand and the unmatched passion of Vol nation.

“There is no question Adidas is the right partner for UT in this new age of college athletics.”

Adidas also served as Tennessee’s partner from 1995 through June 30, 2015. The athletic department was partnered with Nike from July 1, 2015 through June 30.
