The Philadelphia 76ers rallied from a 3–1 deficit to beat Boston behind Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey. They had a brief Game Seven scare when Maxey collided with Embiid’s leg, but the big Cameroonian played out the game.

Now Embiid is listed as probable for Game 1 at Madison Square Garden with a right hip contusion. Of course, this could just be a little gamesmanship by head coach Nick Nurse. Embiid enters the series in top form (28.0 PPG, 9 RPG, 7 APG), and the Knicks should expect the full version of Embiid.

As for New York, Jeremy Sochan is the lone entry on the injury report, due to a hamstring.

Go Knicks!
