It was a disappointing year for Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry. Injuries limited Curry to just 43 games and resulted in the Warriors playing in the play-in tournament instead of simply making the playoffs.
But despite all that, Curry’s fans came out with the same level of enthusiasm as always.

Curry led all players in jersey sales during the 2025-26 NBA season, the league announced Monday.
That’s perhaps a surprise considering Curry’s injuries and the emergence of both Luka Dončić and Victor Wembanyama as MVP candidates. That level of play is nothing new for Dončić, though his performance, combined with it being his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers, could have pushed him to first on the jersey sales list.
For Wembanyama, his placement at No. 4 on the list should arguably be higher. While he’s shown excellent promise in previous seasons, this is the first time in his career that he’s garnered legitimate MVP buzz. Given his age, he looks likely to be the future face of the NBA.

The presence of Jalen Brunson — No. 3 — and LeBron James — No. 5 — shouldn’t necessarily come as a surprise. New York Knicks fans show plenty of support for their team (more on that shortly), and James, like Curry, is already a legend in this era.
Knicks lead all teams in merchandise sales
The New York Knicks’ resurgence hasn’t led to another championship … yet … but the team is picking up big wins elsewhere around the NBA. No team sold more merchandise than the Knicks during the 2025-26 NBA season, the league announced Monday.
That’s right, it’s another close loss for the Lakers.
Merchandise obviously involves more than just jersey sales, though Brunson’s placement on the jersey list provides evidence of how passionate Knicks fans can be when the team is playing well.

The Chicago Bulls’ presence, on the other hand, seems far more rooted in past success, as the team is 31-51 and lacks direction.
