Xavier Musketeers guard Mier Panoam to enter transfer portal

Xavier University men’s basketball guard Mier Panoam will enter the NCAA’s transfer portal, according to Jamie Shaw of On3Sports.

Panoam was the last addition to Xavier’s roster when he committed in May 2025. Panoam will look for his fourth college program in four years after one-year stints at Tulane (2024) and North Dakota (2025).

Xavier guard Mier Panoam (9) appeared in 7 games for the Musketeers.

The 6-foot-2 junior guard averaged 13 points per game as a full-time starter for North Dakota. He appeared in just seven games last season for the Musketeers and received a medical redshirt, allowing him to take two years of eligibility with him to his next program.

Panoam played 39 total minutes for Xavier. He had buckets against Old Dominion, St. Francis and Creighton. His last appearance was in the final minute of Xavier’s loss to UConn at Cintas Center on New Year’s Eve. He finished the season with 6 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
