They’ll be doing it at the same time, too, in hopes of trying to build immediate chemistry between the stars from Kansas and Oregon.
College basketball insider reported on X that it’ll be Flory Bidunga and Jackson Shelstad visiting Louisville as part of the transfer portal process.

Both are among the top tier of players in the portal, two guys who are likely going to be desired widely.
Louisville bringing them both to town shows a focus on landing impact players in the portal to lead to growth in the season ahead.
The Cardinals were a 6-seed in the NCAA Tournament this season — not terrible, but also not up to the standard they hold themselves to.

Bidunga is a big center from Kansas, a majorly impactful defensive player. After a season in which Louisville had a three-man center rotation, landing Bidunga could make things more straightforward for the rotation.
Shelstad is a 6-foot tall guard who just averaged 15.6 points and 4.9 assists per game for the Ducks. He would have a chance to start right away in Louisville, assuming Mikel Brown leaves for the NBA.
These won’t be the only players Louisville targets in the portal, but this early news suggests they’ll be two priorities.
