NCAA men’s basketball transfer tracker: Players from Indiana in portal

The transfer portal for college basketball is officially open now that the national champion is over. Even before the 15-day window began, several in-state players announced their intention to enter the portal.

Here are the in-state players at the Division I level who are on the move (will be updated):

Luke Almodovar, Southeast Missouri State (Noblesville)

The 6-3 Almodovar, a 2023 Indiana All-Star out of Noblesville, played his first two seasons at NAIA Saint Francis before going on to average 14.1 points and 3.7 rebounds at SEMO this season and earn first team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors. The 6-3 guard shot 31.6% from the 3-point line but had five games of at least four made 3s.

Shaun Arnold, UIndy to Tennessee Tech (Ben Davis)

The 6-5 Arnold, who committed to Tennessee Tech on Sunday, was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Year this season after leading the league in steals at UIndy. Arnold averaged 11.3 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 2.9 assists per game as a full-time starter. The former Ben Davis star was also the Defensive Player of the Year in the East Coast Conference at St. Thomas Aquinas in 2024-25. Tennessee Tech is a Division I program in the Ohio Valley Conference.

Jaxson Bell, North Central (Army)

The 6-2 Bell averaged 12.2 points a game and 5.0 rebounds a game as a sophomore for Army in the 2025-26 season. He played in just three games as a freshman in 2024-25.

Flory Bidunga, Kokomo (Kansas)

The 6-9 Bidunga, the defensive player of the year in the Big 12 Conference as a sophomore, put his name in the portal for the second consecutive year and plans to declare for the NBA draft, while maintaining his college eligibility. The 2024 Indiana Mr. Basketball averaged 13.3 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.6 blocked shots per game this season.

Max Booher, Greenwood Christian (Quincy to Eastern Michigan)

The 6-4 guard led the team as a freshman, averaging 13.0 points per game and 2.7 rebounds. He averaged 12.2 points in 13 games…
