One of the best names, and best players, in the transfer portal? Zoom Diallo.

He’s ranked a four-star transfer recruit by 247Sports, and the guard from the University of Washington should have a long list of suitors.
Some of the ones to consider most clearly are the programs that he visited when he was in high school:

Diallo actually took two official visits to the University of Arizona but ended up at UW.
The 6-foot-4 guard has spent two seasons playing for the Huskies, improving almost entirely across the board in 2025-26.
His averages this season were 15.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 0.7 steals per game.

He shot 31.5% from 3-point range and 52.7% from the 2-point land. The athletic 6-foot-4 guard is great going to the basket.
Diallo could make a lot of sense for Arizona now, because the Wildcats are likely losing both Jaden Bradley (eligibility) and Brayden Burries (NBA) from their backcourt.
Of course, most high-major programs would be interested in Diallo, and it’s hard to know what exactly he’ll have in mind as the biggest factors in play for his decision.
Don’t sleep on those West Coast schools at Arizona, Gonzaga and Southern California, though. Given that Diallo stayed out west at Washington anyway, that might be his preference if they come calling again.
