One of the top three-point shooters in the country is set to enter the transfer portal. South Alabama forward Adam Olsen is entering the portal after one season with the Jaguars, according to On3’s Joe Tipton.
Olsen is from Surrey, B.C., Canada, and made the All-Sun Belt Second Team with the Jaguars after averaging 16.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. He made 39.5% of his 3-pointers on 8.3 attempts per game, emerging as one of the most effective shooters in the country.

He started 31 games for the Jaguars, helping them go 21-12 and make the NIT. He also had 30 steals and 29 assists on the season. He shot 39.8% from the field and 84.3% from the free-throw line, playing 35.9 minutes per game.
He scored a career-high 29 points against Louisiana-Monroe, shooting 8-13 from deep. He scored 20 or more points in 15 of their games.
Olsen spent the first two seasons of his career at British Columbia. The 6-foot-8 forward played sparingly as a freshman before breaking out as a sophomore during the 2024-25 season. He averaged 15.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game. He shot 41.5% from the field and 32.5% from the 3-point line.
