Michigan State basketball has moved up a few spots in the latest Associated Press (AP) Top 25 rankings.
The Spartans have moved up two spots to No. 13 in the latest AP poll released on Monday afternoon. Michigan State dropped outside the top 10 for the first time in months this past week, and will again be slated just outside the top 10 for another week.

Michigan State picked up a pair of home wins this past week, both of which coming against NCAA Tournament bubble teams: UCLA and Ohio State. The Spartans are now 22-5 overall and 12-4 in Big Ten play on the year, with two tough road games coming up this week at Purdue and Indiana.
As it’s been for weeks, only five Big Ten teams were included in the AP poll. Outside of the Spartans, there was Michigan (No. 3), Purdue (No. 8), Illinois (No. 10) and Nebraska (No. 12).
