Alabama basketball 2025-26 opponent preview: Tennessee Volunteers

This upcoming Saturday night, Coleman Coliseum will play host to one of the most anticipated game of the 2025-26 season, a Top 25 showdown between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Tennessee Volunteers.

One of the SEC’s top rivalries, this will be the first meeting between the two teams in Tuscaloosa since the 2023-24 season, and is a matchup which Alabama has struggled in recently, dropping the last four head-to-head. Alabama’s last win over the Volunteers came during the 2021-22 season, a 73-68 win in Tuscaloosa.
