Iowa women’s basketball stays host site in new ESPN NCAA Bracketology

While the Iowa Hawkeyes went on the road last year and notched an NCAA Tournament win, the expectation for this program, which views itself among the nation’s elite, is to be a host site for the first two rounds of March Madness.

The Hawkeyes are sitting at 10-1 on the young season with a tight loss to the Iowa State Cyclones, a team that is among the elite in their own right, as the only blemish. The Hawkeyes are on the cusp of hosting the first two rounds in the latest ESPN NCAA Women’s Bracketology, but have work to do to solidify that.
