Michigan State basketball is off to an outstanding start to the 2025-26 season, earning two massive ranked wins over Arkansas and Kentucky.
Obviously, Tom Izzo is no stranger to the national spotlight, and is highly thought of across many levels of basketball. That includes arguably the greatest player to ever play the sport.

LeBron James, who obviously debated as the best player to ever play the sport, is known to have taken a liking and respect to Izzo, and he showed it again earlier this week.
James posted a picture of Izzo on his Instagram story with the quote, “IZZO FRESH TO DEATH!!”
