UConn players do their best impressions of head coach Geno Auriemma
The UConn Huskies have some fun before Final Four and impersonate their head coach, Geno Auriemma.

UConn women’s basketball guard Azzi Fudd has been one of the best players of the women’s NCAA Tournament so far, and she looks to help lead the Huskies into the national championship game on Friday.
Fudd, who’s averaging 13.1 points per game, has been one of UConn’s top scorers all season — and in March Madness. She will play a key role in UConn’s quest to add another national championship trophy to its cabinet.
The former five-star recruit and Gatorade National Player of the Year recently announced she’s return for the 2025-26 season, where she’ll be perhaps UConn’s go-to scorer with Paige Bueckers off to the WNBA.
Here’s everything to know about Fudd, who’s aiming to lead UConn past UCLA in the Final Four on Friday night:
Azzi Fudd height
Fudd has solid height for a guard, as she stands 5-foot-11, according to her UConn player page.
The first-team All-Big East selection this season is one of the top shooters in college basketball, and her height gives her extra advantage over smaller guards.

Fudd comes from quite the athletic family, as her mom, Katie Fudd, played college basketball at NC State and Georgetown. Her dad, Tim Fudd, also played college basketball at American.
Katie Fudd was a dynamic scorer, averaging 17.1 points per game in her four college seasons. She averaged a whopping 20 points per game with 5.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists as a sophomore at NC State in 1998-99.
Tim Fudd, 6-foot-7, also was a solid scorer during his career, averaging 11.8 points per game across five seasons. His best year came in 1993-94, when he averaged 19 points and 6.9 rebounds per contest.
