Michigan State basketball is heading back to the Elite Eight after a thrilling Sweet 16 victory over Ole Miss on Friday night.

The Spartans needed to rally again, this time from a 10-point deficit to knock off the Rebels. Michigan State didn’t pick up its first lead of the game until midway through the second half.

With the win, Michigan State will now move on to face top overall seed Auburn in the Elite Eight on Sunday. Tipoff on Sunday is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. ET and will be televised on CBS.

Following the win, Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo, guard Jaden Akins, guard Jase Richardson and forward Coen Carr met with the media during the post game press conference.
