Duke, the early favorites to make a deep run in the tournament, features standout freshman Cooper Flagg. He may be dealing with an ankle injury sustained during the ACC tournament, but he is still expected to have a significant impact in March Madness. Another top seed, the Florida Gators, are also heavy favorites entering the tournament.
