CLEVELAND — It’s almost game time inside Rocket Arena.

March Madness for eight teams opens here when they play first-round NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament games on Friday.

Today, each of the eight teams takes the floor at Rocket Arena for an open practice and also will meet with media.
