Tyrese Haliburton pulled off a ridiculous four-point play on Tuesday night that left Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks absolutely stunned.
Thanks to Haliburton’s heroics, the Indiana Pacers escaped with a late 115-114 win.
Haliburton caught an inbounds pass with just seconds left on the clock at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Pacers down by three. As he made his way into the corner, Haliburton pulled up over Antetokounmpo — who ran into him and sent Haliburton crashing down to the court right in front of the Bucks’ bench.
The shot was perfect, and earned him a trip to the free throw line.
Haliburton then hit the extra shot after a long review upheld the foul call and his shot, which eventually gave the Pacers the one-point win.
“It feels good,” he said on TNT. “We struggled to make shots all night, I missed some big ones down the stretch, made some boneheaded plays. It’s only right that that one falls.”
Haliburton finished with 14 points and 10 assists in the win for the Pacers. That 3-pointer was just his second made shot from behind the arc all night, too. Pascal Siakam led the way with 25 points and 12 rebounds, and Bennedict Mathurin put up 17 points off the bench.
