Results from last Saturday’s Lebanon Church Basketball League games played at First Baptist Church Lebanon’s Family Life Center:

Generation Changers 57, The Journey 49

The teams played evenly for most of the first half until Generation Changers increased its defensive pressure and attacked in transition to build a 10-point halftime lead which The Journey couldn’t overcome. Generation Changers point guard Kendall Williams operated off of ball screens to score a game-high 24 points while dropping off several assists to the big men down low, including Logan Key who notched nine points.

Ethan Fields’ 14 points led The Journey.

Providence’s associate director of student ministries, Zac Anderson, went 8-for-12 from the free-throw line in the second half to seal the game for Providence, which was led by Hooper’s 22 points.
