Selection Sunday, which paves the way for the 2025 March Madness tournament, is less than a month away. This 68-team field for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament will be unveiled on the show.
The tournament will kick off with the first four games in Dayton, Ohio, on Tuesday, March 18. The first and second rounds will be hosted in six cities nationwide: Providence, Rhode Island; Seattle, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Lexington, Kentucky.
Several teams across the country are pushing for a top seed, such as the Auburn Tigers, who lead the SEC and the USA TODAY Sports men’s basketball coaches poll. They have addressed their challenges since losing to the Florida Gators, who are second in the SEC and in the poll.
Other teams are hoping to do enough to hear their name called on Selection Sunday.
