I am hanging out with UConn superstar Alex Caravan joining us on behalf of Powerade.

Can’t wait to talk to you about P Powerade because we always have the debate of the best flavors like this is life for us, Alex.

But first, let’s talk a little ball, man.

Uh, obviously, you are a back to back national championship team.

You are aware of this.

You’re aware of the expectations.

This year for UConn’s been a little bit up and down, obviously.

What’s been the key you think this year on, on why things have felt so different?

Yeah, I think obviously it’s tough when you go from the greatest team of all time, in my opinion, what going 37 and 3 last year to losing 4 starters, losing a couple key bench players to, you know, having to replace those guys.

So it’s always gonna be tough and alert and adjustment in general, but We’ve been playing some great games this year, and we played some really bad games this year, and it’s been a real roller coaster for us and we’re just continuing to learn every single day.

We’re continuing to get better and we’ve showed everybody how higher ceiling can be, but we also showed how low ceiling could be.

So we got to find that balance of always being at our highest and playing a full 40 minute game.

What does the world not know about Coach?

I generally think he’s the funniest person I’ve ever met in my life, like just the jokes he cracks on a daily basis and just how fun of a person needs to be around and how easy it is to connect with him, and he is passionate and intense on the sidelines and when he’s on the court, but off the court, he’s…
