Rhode Island Rams (16-8, 5-7 Atlantic 10) vs. La Salle Explorers (12-13, 4-8 Atlantic 10)

Rhode Island is coming off an exciting comeback victory over St. Bonaventure on Wednesday night, thanks to a Jamarques Lawrence’s 3-pointer with under 3 seconds to play. The Rams will try to make it two conference wins in a row on Saturday for the first time this season.

La Salle is coming to the Ryan Center on a three-game skid, after losing at St. Joseph’s, 75-63, on Wednesday night. The Explorers are led by guard Corey McKeithan, of Windsor, Conn., who’s averaging 15 points per game.

The last time the two teams met, on Jan. 25, La Salle won, 70-64, and McKeithan led the Explorers with a game-high 20 points. Sebastian Thomas and Jaden House each had 16 points for Rhode Island. URI leads the all-time series, 35-13, including a 15-4 advantage when playing as the home team, and the Rams have won the last five meetings at the Ryan Center.
