Though it doesn’t have the same popularity and fanfare of its football counterpart, ESPN’s “College GameDay” has for the past 20 years traveled to the biggest college basketball games in the country on a given weekend.
On a crowded Saturday slate, the show will be heading to a predictable destination.

Duke and North Carolina is arguably the most storied and compelling rivalry in all of American sports, college or professional. The two sides will meet Saturday for the latest installment of their lengthy and decorated series and “GameDay” will be at Cameron Indoor Stadium that morning to broadcast live with its crew of Rece Davis, Andraya Carter and Seth Greenberg, along with former Duke standouts Jay Williams and Jay Bilas.

Where is ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ this week?
“College GameDay” will be airing live from inside Cameron Indoor Stadium ahead of Duke’s game against archrival North Carolina Saturday night.
It will be the 15th time that “GameDay” has made the trip to the Blue Devils’ hallowed home arena since the show began in 2005. It’s the most appearances ever by “GameDay” at a single school, breaking what had been a tie between Duke and — you guessed it — North Carolina.
It will mark the seventh-consecutive game between Duke and North Carolina that got the “GameDay” treatment. In fact, the last time the Blue Devils and Tar Heels squared off and “GameDay” didn’t make the trip was during the COVID-19-altered 2020-21 season, when the show didn’t travel and aired instead from ESPN’s studios in Bristol, Connecticut.
