Ninth-ranked Oregon will play its final nonconference men’s basketball game on Sunday before resuming Big Ten Conference play next week.

The Ducks (11-1, 1-1 Big Ten) host Weber State (6-7) at 2 p.m. in Matthew Knight Arena as they look to keep their record perfect against nonconference opponents.

Oregon has won two straight since losing 73-71 to Big Ten rival UCLA on a buzzer-beating 3-pointer on Dec. 8. The Ducks followed that disappointing finish with dominant nonconference wins against Stephen F. Austin (79-61) and Stanford (76-61).

The Wildcats are making their second trip to the state this season. They lost 76-48 to Oregon State on Nov. 8 in Corvallis.

On Thursday, the Ducks host No. 22 Illinois to begin a final stretch of 18 straight conference games heading into the Big Ten Tournament March 12-16 in Indianapolis.
