Oklahoma State basketball powers way past Seton Hall for Big 12-Big East Battle victory

Oklahoma State men’s basketball built a 25-point lead and held off a late rally from Seton Hall for an 85-76 victory Sunday afternoon at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, as part of the annual Big 12-Big East Battle.

Robert Jennings II and Jamyron Keller scored 14 points apiece, while Abou Ousmane Brandon Newman each scored 13. Arturo Dean also had 11 points for the Cowboys, who shot 57% overall.

The Cowboys led 55-30 early in the second half. They scored 25 points off 15 Seton Hall turnovers.

OSU is now 2-0 on the road, doubling last season’s road victory total. The Cowboys are 6-2 overall entering Saturday’s matchup with Bedlam rival OU at Paycom Center.
